CEO

W. Caleb Min began his Wall Street career over 20 years ago as a fundamental equity research analyst for an award-winning international mutual fund team at ING Investments, and later developed research and portfolio management efforts at other investment firms. He has worked at Credit Suisse, Calvert Investments, and the sovereign wealth fund of Kuwait.

His in-depth, fundamental research and portfolio management experience in both domestic and international markets, value and growth styles, and sustainable investing allow Caleb to chart and navigate the ever-changing landscape of the investment world. In addition, proprietary technical and quantitative processes bolster the soundness of the firm’s investment process.

Caleb understands the importance of risk management discipline. He successfully protected the equities trading desk business as the trading desk risk manager at Credit Suisse during the global financial crisis and manages portfolios keenly mindful of any risks that may be on the horizon.

In his former career, Caleb was an engineer at General Motors and a management consultant to major industrial corporations. He has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, MS in Education at Northwestern University, and MS in Mathematics in Finance at New York University. He is active in the local community and church, and enjoys playing and coaching students in tennis.
